1. Scope
This notice applies to information collected through visionsentryai.com, including information submitted when requesting software access, a demonstration, or a site assessment. Product installations may be governed by additional customer agreements and site-specific privacy requirements.
2. Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, required phone number, optional business and address information, software-request notes, site location, camera count, operational priorities, preferred contact method, and any site or camera-view photos you choose to provide. We also collect first-party website analytics such as pages viewed, visit and event time, referral source, campaign tags, approximate country or region, device category, browser, and completed website actions. Our hosting and security providers may process basic technical data such as IP address and request timestamps.
3. How we use information
We use submitted information to evaluate compatibility, prepare a relevant demonstration or proposal, contact you about your request, protect the website, measure website usefulness, understand campaign performance, and maintain business records. We do not sell personal information.
4. Site and camera-view photos
Photos are optional. If you provide them, use only images you are authorized to share. We use them to understand camera placement, viewing angles, lighting, and installation needs. Do not submit unnecessary recordings, identification documents, financial information, passwords, access codes, or camera credentials.
5. Product video and alert data
The public website does not provide live access to customer cameras. VisionSentry AI product installations analyze configured camera streams on the computer installed at the customer location. Selected event evidence may be delivered through customer-approved third-party communication services, which have their own privacy terms.
6. Website analytics
Our analytics is operated from this website and does not store raw IP addresses in the analytics database. A salted one-way visitor identifier is used to estimate unique visitors, and a temporary browser-session identifier groups activity into visits. Campaign tags such as utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign help us understand which publication or advertisement produced a visit or completed request. Browser Do Not Track signals are respected by the website tracker.
7. Service providers and disclosure
We may use website hosting, email, communications, security, and professional service providers that process information only as needed to support our operations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
8. Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website or communication method can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to legal and business-record requirements. You may also ask us to stop follow-up communications.
